Refund Policy

What is the return policy?

Purchases are eligible for a 30-day return policy only. No individual item of a set can be returned as a complete set.

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
• No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

All below items are non-returnable:

• Engraved and monogrammed products
• Gift cards

How do I return my online purchase?

Returning your own purchase

If you have an account

1. Log into your House of Heera account and select "My Orders"
2. Find your order and click "Return Items"
3. Follow the instructions to download the return shipping label and drop off/schedule a pickup!

If you do not have an account

1. No worries, you can create one now and follow the above steps, OR
2. Based on where the order was originally shipped to, you can click one of the following and initiate a return!

Returning a gifted piece

We offer store credit for gifted orders returning within the 30-days. Please check our return policy to make sure the item is eligible for a return and send us an email at contact@House of Heera.com requesting your return label. Don’t forget to include the following:

1. The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us track down the order)
2. The address where the jewelry will be shipped from
3. The email address associated with your House of Heera account so we can apply the credit once processed. If you haven’t created one yet, you can create one now by clicking the SIGN IN button on the top right corner of our site.

How much is the return shipping fee?

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of Germany, Australia, Canada, UK, and US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

What is the exchange policy?

We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy including shipping charges.

When will I receive my refund?

Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email! 

I mistakenly returned the wrong item!

Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, House of Heera cannot reship or store non-House of Heera items mistakenly sent as returns.
